3. Service Quotations and Pricing

4.3 Warranty Exclusions

  5. Accurate Information: Provide accurate information regarding site conditions, existing systems, and requirements
  6. Payment Terms: Adhere to agreed payment schedules and terms
  7. Maintenance: Follow recommended maintenance schedules to ensure optimal system performance

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Housesavecorner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use our services
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your property
  • Statements or conduct of any third party
  • Delays or failures in service delivery due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control
  • Malfunctions caused by improper use or lack of maintenance

  • 24-48 hours notice: 50% of deposit retained
  • Less than 24 hours notice: Full deposit retained

9.2 Rescheduling

Service appointments may be rescheduled once without penalty if notice is provided at least 48 hours in advance. Subsequent rescheduling requests may incur additional fees.

9.3 Company-Initiated Cancellations

Housesavecorner reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions, equipment failures, or staff emergencies. In such cases, we will provide reasonable notice and work with you to reschedule at no additional cost.

10. Payment Terms

Payment terms for Housesavecorner services are as follows:

  • Deposit: A deposit of 30-50% may be required to confirm service booking and order materials
  • Progress Payments: For larger projects, progress payments may be required at specified milestones
  • Final Payment: Balance due upon completion and acceptance of work
  • Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and other agreed payment methods
  • Late Payments: Overdue accounts may be subject to interest charges and collection fees

All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise specified and include applicable taxes.


11. Safety and Compliance

Housesavecorner is committed to maintaining the highest safety standards. All installations and services are performed in compliance with:

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions or our services, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through mediation before pursuing legal action.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

13. Force Majeure

Housesavecorner shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms and Conditions where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, or public health emergencies.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

15. Entire Agreement
